TUITION is $135 for the whole conference! $75 for students

Thanks to the support of our generous Partners, we’ve been able to offer registration at a low rate of $135 for the entire weekend. Tuition covers your participation beginning with opening plenaries on Friday afternoon, to closing activities on Sunday.  This includes all plenary sessions broadcast live from the Bioneers Conference in San Rafael, CA, as well as the local keynote address, entertainment, and local workshops.

Due to the limited capacity of facilities and lands of the Whidbey Institute, participation is limited to 100 registrants.

LODGING:

The Whidbey Institute offers accommodations for a limited number of conference participants in our shared rooms, cabins, and camping facilities. For more information regarding on-site lodging options, visit http://www.whidbeyinstitute.org/accomodations.html.

If you wish to stay in one of our shared rooms or camp in our meadow over the weekend, please reserve your accommodations now with your registration.  We will contact you after you complete your registration to arrange room assignments and provide you with other details.

A number of other lodging options are available for conference attendees. Please visit http://www.visitlangley.com/lodging for lodging options in the nearby town of Langley.  Camping is available at South Whidbey State Park, about ten minutes north of the Whidbey Institute.  See http://www.parks.wa.gov/parks/?selectedpark=South%20Whidbey for more information.

MEALS:

The Whidbey Institute is proud to benefit from the exquisite culinary work of Chef Christyn Johnson.  If it is possible for you to join us for meals, you’ll be pleased that you did.  The food is not only delicious but ethically sourced: the Whidbey Institute is committed to providing delicious, vegetarian, organic food from ingredients purchased directly from local farmers.  Participants may register for all meals, or purchase meals individually.  For the sake of planning and sourcing our catering, meals must be purchased in advance when you register.  Meal tickets will be provided when you check in at the registration table.

A light a la cart breakfast, coffee, and tea will be available for purchase on-site each morning. You are also welcome to bring your own snacks and meals with you.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Cancellations received after September 24, 2011 are non-refundable, but conference and meal passes are fully transferable.  All passes may only be used by one person per day.

Whidbey Island Bioneers reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
